Al-Muezzin account and data deletion request
This page explains how users of the Al-Muezzin mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated app data. Al-Muezzin is developed and provided by DOĞAN YİĞİT ŞAHİN.

If you cannot access the app or the in-app deletion option is not available, email us at al-muezzin@al-muezzin.com from the email address linked to your Al-Muezzin account. Please include the subject line Account Deletion Request.
When your account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize account-related data such as:
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, accounting, backup, or technical reasons. This may include:
Locally stored guest data on your device can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Deleting your Al-Muezzin account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions or refund purchases; those actions must be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play where applicable.
We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security needs, fraud-prevention obligations, unresolved disputes, or technical backup retention.
